Author Biographies
Professor Jay Westbrook is the John S. Redditt Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law. He is a leading expert in insolvency law and has written extensively on the subject. He is the author of several books, including Bankruptcy Law and Practice (3rd ed., 2019) and Cross-BFree Download Insolvency (2nd ed., 2017).
Judge Maryellen Noreika is a Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. She is a former President of the American Bankruptcy Institute and a member of the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules. She is the author of several articles on bankruptcy law.
